### sec.97 Amendment of code The Minister may amend the code. Sections 95 and 96 apply to the amendment as if a reference in the sections to the code were a reference to the amending code. However, the sections do not apply if— the amending code is only to— correct a minor error in the code; or make another change that is not a change of substance; or the code states that an amendment of a stated type may be made to the code without complying with the sections and the amendment is of the stated type.
