### sec.92EK Continuity of employment
The transfer does not—
interrupt continuity of service; or
constitute a termination of employment by Allconnex or a retrenchment or redundancy; or
entitle the employee to a payment or other benefit because the employee is no longer employed by Allconnex; or
of itself, require Allconnex to make any payment for the employee’s accrued rights to recreation, sick, long service or other leave that did not otherwise have to be paid.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that—
subsection (1) (a) does not mean the employee may claim the benefit of a right or entitlement more than once for the same period of service; and
subsection (1) (d) applies irrespective of any arrangement between Allconnex and the employee.
