### sec.92DK Existing acquisitions
This section applies to land acquired by Allconnex as a constructing authority under the Acquisition of Land Act .
If the land is transferred to a withdrawn council under this chapter, for section 41 of that Act the council is the constructing authority that acquired that land on the day it was acquired.

(sec.92DK-ssec.1) This section applies to land acquired by Allconnex as a constructing authority under the Acquisition of Land Act .
