### sec.92DB Provision about service areas—after water netserv plan is in effect This section applies to a withdrawn council from the day the withdrawn council has a water netserv plan. The Water Supply Act , section 161 (2) does not apply to the withdrawn council. For a relevant provision— the withdrawn council’s connection area is taken to be a service area, for both a retail water service and a sewerage service, within the meaning of the Water Supply Act ; and the withdrawn council is taken to be the service provider for the service area, for both a retail water service and a sewerage service, within the meaning of the Water Supply Act . In this section— relevant provision means the following provisions of the Water Supply Act — section 161 (9) ; chapter 2 , part 5 , divisions 3 to 5 ; schedule 3 , definition retail water service . s 92DB ins 2012 No. 1 s 23 amd 2019 No. 17 s 316 (sec.92DB-ssec.1) This section applies to a withdrawn council from the day the withdrawn council has a water netserv plan.
