### sec.92CV Existing trade waste and seepage water approvals All trade waste approvals and seepage water approvals (each an existing approval ) given by Allconnex are taken to have been given by its successor for the water infrastructure the subject of the approval. Subsection (3) applies if— Allconnex is required under the Water Supply Act , section 185 to give an approval holder a notice amending the holder’s approval; and it has not given that notice.
