### sec.92CU New grid contract documents for withdrawn councils This section applies if Allconnex is a party to a grid contract document under the Water Act (the old contract ). On 1 July 2012, each withdrawn council is taken to have become a party to a grid contract document under the Water Act (a new contract ) instead of Allconnex. The provisions of each new contract are those of the old contract other than for changes necessary to reflect— the withdrawn council being a party; and the contract applying only for the withdrawn council’s local government area. To remove any doubt, it is declared that this section does not alter or affect the power, under the Water Act , section 360ZDD , of the Minister administering that Act to amend the new contract. s 92CU ins 2012 No. 1 s 23 (sec.92CU-ssec.1) This section applies if Allconnex is a party to a grid contract document under the Water Act (the old contract ).
