### sec.92CH Ordinary protection and immunity allowed The arbitrator has, in arbitrating the dispute, the same protection and immunity as a Supreme Court judge performing the functions of a judge. A party and any lawyer or other agent representing the party has the same protection and immunity the party would have if the arbitration were a proceeding being heard before the Supreme Court.
