### sec.92CF Referral to arbitrator
Either party to the dispute may, by notice, refer the dispute to an arbitrator—
agreed between the parties to the dispute; or
if the parties can not agree—appointed for them by The Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia Limited ACN 008 520 045.
A person can not be appointed under subsection (1) (b) if—
the person has a direct or indirect interest in the dispute; and
the interest could conflict with the appropriate performance of an arbitrator’s functions concerning the dispute.
