### sec.92CC Limitation period
A liability of the Gold Coast City Council under this subdivision ends on 30 June 2013, unless—
the council and the entity to whom it is owed have entered into a written contract under which any unpaid amount for the liability is agreed to be paid by the Gold Coast City Council to the entity as a debt; or
either the council or the entity has given the other a notice of its intention to refer a dispute about the amount of a liability to an arbitrator under subdivision 3 .
