### sec.92BY Allconnex’s withdrawal costs Subject to sections 92CB and 92CC , the Gold Coast City Council must pay Allconnex’s withdrawal costs. For this chapter or any retransfer document, the entitlement under subsection (1) is an asset of Allconnex.
