### sec.92BT Disclosure and use of information for retransfer Subsections (2) and (3) apply for information in the possession or control of a party to the retransfer. The party may use the information for any of the following (a relevant purpose )— the retransfer; the performance of all or any withdrawn council’s service provider functions. The party may disclose the information to any of the following for a relevant purpose— a person involved in the retransfer; a withdrawn council or any of its councillors, employees or agents. Allconnex or the withdrawn councils must comply with a request by the Minister to disclose information mentioned in subsections (1) to (3) to someone else. To remove any doubt, it is declared that a person may disclose or use information to comply with a retransfer document.
