### sec.92BA Ministerial notice of retransfer This section applies only if the Minister is of the opinion that the certification statement given complies with section 92AZ . As soon as practicable after receiving the statement, the Minister must publish a gazette notice stating the following information about the retransfer scheme and the statement— that the scheme has been made; that the statement has been given; where copies of the statement can be obtained; that the scheme has effect from the day the notice is published, but that, under section 92AR , the retransfer will not take place until the end of 30 June 2012; where information about transfers under the scheme may be obtained. However, the notice must not state where the information may be obtained if the Minister considers that there is a need to protect confidentiality or privacy relating to the information. The withdrawn councils must, as soon as practicable after the gazettal, publish on each of their websites the information stated in the gazette notice and keep it so published for at least 1 year. s 92BA ins 2012 No. 1 s 23 (sec.92BA-ssec.1) This section applies only if the Minister is of the opinion that the certification statement given complies with section 92AZ .
