### sec.92AW Required transferee for after-acquired land
The retransfer scheme must provide that all after-acquired land of Allconnex is to be transferred to the geographically-connected withdrawn council.
In this section—
after-acquired land , of Allconnex, means any land of which Allconnex is the owner, other than land that was transferred to Allconnex under chapter 3 .

(sec.92AW-ssec.1) The retransfer scheme must provide that all after-acquired land of Allconnex is to be transferred to the geographically-connected withdrawn council.
