### sec.92AI Withdrawn council’s initial service area A withdrawn council’s service area is that part of its local government area (the new area ) that was in Allconnex’s service area at the end of 30 June 2012. This section— does not prevent the Water Supply Act , chapter 2 , part 5 , division 2 from applying to the new area; but is subject to section 92DB . s 92AI ins 2012 No. 1 s 23 (sec.92AI-ssec.1) A withdrawn council’s service area is that part of its local government area (the new area ) that was in Allconnex’s service area at the end of 30 June 2012.
