### sec.84 Application of pt 5 This part applies if— a local government owns land or is the trustee of trust land to which an asset is attached; and the land or asset is transferred or the local government is removed as trustee for the trust land and a distributor-retailer is appointed as trustee under a transfer scheme or transfer notice; and after the transfer or change in the trusteeship, one entity (the asset owner ) owns the asset and another entity (the landowner ) owns or occupies the land to which the asset is attached. To remove any doubt, it is declared that this part applies to anyone who owns or occupies the land at any time after the transfer.
