### sec.8 Establishment The following (each a distributor-retailer ) are established— the Northern SEQ Distributor-Retailer Authority; the Central SEQ Distributor-Retailer Authority; the Southern SEQ Distributor-Retailer Authority. For the authority mentioned in paragraph (c) , see chapter 3A (Replacement of Allconnex by councils), part 9 (Dissolution of Allconnex).
