### sec.77D Bundled agreement—mixed liabilities
This section applies if—
the agreement is a bundled agreement; and
a term of the agreement imposes a liability on the local government; and
the liability relates, or may relate, to—
a water aspect; and
another matter.
The liability—
may be discharged only by the discharging of it by the local government; and
may be enforced only against the local government.
For the enforcement of a liability against the local government under subsection (2) , any interest or right of the distributor-retailer relating to water assets is taken to be an interest or right of the local government.

(sec.77D-ssec.1) This section applies if— the agreement is a bundled agreement; and a term of the agreement imposes a liability on the local government; and the liability relates, or may relate, to— a water aspect; and another matter.
(sec.77D-ssec.2) The liability— may be discharged only by the discharging of it by the local government; and may be enforced only against the local government.
(sec.77D-ssec.3) For the enforcement of a liability against the local government under subsection (2) , any interest or right of the distributor-retailer relating to water assets is taken to be an interest or right of the local government.
