### sec.60 Notice and taking effect of approved scheme
If the Minister approves the transfer scheme, the Minister must within 21 days publish a gazette notice about the approval.
The notice must state where information about the transfers under the scheme may be obtained.
However, the notice need not state where information may be obtained if the Minister considers that there is a need to protect confidentiality or privacy relating to the information.
The transfer scheme takes effect on the day the notice is gazetted or, if a later day is stated in the notice, on that day.
