### sec.53F Application of pt 2 , divs 3 – 8 Part 2 , divisions 3 to 8 apply, with any necessary changes, as if— a reference in the divisions to a discharge officer were a reference to a water restriction officer; and a reference in the divisions to a discharge offence were a reference to an offence against the Water Supply Act , section 43 (5) . For the application of section 53CV (1) , the reference to section 53CM (1) (b) is taken to be a reference to section 53E (1) (b) of this Act. s 53F ins 2021 No. 18 s 13 (sec.53F-ssec.1) Part 2 , divisions 3 to 8 apply, with any necessary changes, as if— a reference in the divisions to a discharge officer were a reference to a water restriction officer; and a reference in the divisions to a discharge offence were a reference to an offence against the Water Supply Act , section 43 (5) .
