### sec.53DNG Action distributor-retailer may take if water connection compliance notice contravened
This section applies if a person contravenes a water connection compliance notice by not doing something.
The distributor-retailer may do the thing or take any other action ( water connection compliance action ) it reasonably believes is necessary to prevent or minimise the impact of the contravention.
