### sec.53DNB Application of ch 2C , pt 2 , divs 2 to 8 Chapter 2C , part 2 , divisions 2 to 8 apply, with any necessary changes, as if a reference in the divisions to— a discharge officer were a reference to a water connection officer; and a discharge compliance action were a reference to a water connection compliance action; and a discharge offence were a reference to a water connection offence; and a trade waste approval or seepage water approval were a reference to a water approval.
