### sec.53DM Action distributor-retailer may take if discharge compliance notice contravened
This section applies if an approval holder contravenes a discharge compliance notice by not doing something.
The distributor-retailer may do the thing or take any other action ( discharge compliance action ) it reasonably believes is necessary to prevent or minimise the impact of the contravention.
