### sec.53CY Application of div 6 This division applies to a discharge officer who enters a place under this part. However, if a discharge officer enters a place to get the occupier’s consent to enter the place, this division applies to the officer only if the consent is given or the entry is otherwise authorised. s 53CY ins 2010 No. 20 s 9 amd 2011 No. 31 s 369 (sec.53CY-ssec.1) This division applies to a discharge officer who enters a place under this part.
