### sec.36B Chairperson A distributor-retailer must have an independent member as its chairperson. The chairperson must be— appointed in the way provided for under the distributor-retailer’s participation agreement; or if the participation agreement does not provide for how the appointment takes place—elected by the board. s 36B ins 2012 No. 1 s 12 (sec.36B-ssec.1) A distributor-retailer must have an independent member as its chairperson.
