### sec.30 Tabling of amended agreement This section applies if the Minister— under section 28 , is given an amended participation agreement; or gives an approval under section 29 (1) (b) . The Minister must within 21 sitting days, table a copy of the amended agreement in the Legislative Assembly. A failure to comply with subsection (2) does not stop the amended agreement from taking effect. (sec.30-ssec.1) This section applies if the Minister— under section 28 , is given an amended participation agreement; or gives an approval under section 29 (1) (b) .
