### sec.155 Continued application of former s 95 to notices published before commencement This section applies in relation to a notice published under former section 95(1)(b) if— the notice was published before the commencement; and the end of the final submission day, within the meaning of former section 95(2)(c), is after the commencement. Former section 95 continues to apply in relation to the notice as if the Water Legislation Amendment Act 2023 had not been enacted. s 155 ins 2023 No. 24 s 9 (sec.155-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a notice published under former section 95(1)(b) if— the notice was published before the commencement; and the end of the final submission day, within the meaning of former section 95(2)(c), is after the commencement.
