### sec.119 What is a transitional matter A transitional matter is any of the following— the retransfer; the cessation of Allconnex’s functions under this Act or its dissolution; the service provider functions of a withdrawn council or a corporate entity (service provider); anything necessary or desirable for a distributor-retailer other than Allconnex because of a matter mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (c). s 119 ins 2012 No. 1 s 77 - (a) the retransfer; - (b) the cessation of Allconnex’s functions under this Act or its dissolution; - (c) the service provider functions of a withdrawn council or a corporate entity (service provider); - (d) anything necessary or desirable for a distributor-retailer other than Allconnex because of a matter mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (c).
