### sec.110 Existing authorised persons If— immediately before 1 July 2010, a person held an appointment as an authorised person from a participating local government of a distributor-retailer; and under a transition document, the person becomes an employee of a distributor-retailer on 1 July 2010; on 1 July 2010, the person is taken to be appointed as an authorised person of the distributor-retailer. s 110 ins 2010 No. 20 s 27 - (a) immediately before 1 July 2010, a person held an appointment as an authorised person from a participating local government of a distributor-retailer; and - (b) under a transition document, the person becomes an employee of a distributor-retailer on 1 July 2010;
