### sec.100B Distributor-retailer to prepare statement about capital works A distributor-retailer must, for each financial year starting on 1 July 2013 and before the start of the financial year, prepare an annual capital works program for the financial year. In this section— annual capital works program , for a financial year, means a program outlining the distributor-retailer’s proposed program for— constructing or acquiring plant and equipment; and adding to or replacing its existing plant and equipment. s 100B ins 2010 No. 20 s 23 (sec.100B-ssec.1) A distributor-retailer must, for each financial year starting on 1 July 2013 and before the start of the financial year, prepare an annual capital works program for the financial year. (sec.100B-ssec.2) In this section— annual capital works program , for a financial year, means a program outlining the distributor-retailer’s proposed program for— constructing or acquiring plant and equipment; and adding to or replacing its existing plant and equipment. - (a) constructing or acquiring plant and equipment; and - (b) adding to or replacing its existing plant and equipment.
