### sch.1-sec.7 Registers of plans
The registrar must keep a register of leasehold building units plans.
The registrar must record in the register the following particulars of each leasehold building units plan and leasehold plan of amalgamation or resubdivision lodged in the land registry—
the number of the plan;
the number of lots comprised in the plan;
the name of—
if the plan does not relate to a stratum parcel—the building; or
if the plan relates to a stratum parcel—the stratum parcel;
the name of the relevant local government;
the name of the party lodging the plan.

(sch.1-sec.7-ssec.1) The registrar must keep a register of leasehold building units plans.
(sch.1-sec.7-ssec.2) The registrar must record in the register the following particulars of each leasehold building units plan and leasehold plan of amalgamation or resubdivision lodged in the land registry— the number of the plan; the number of lots comprised in the plan; the name of— if the plan does not relate to a stratum parcel—the building; or if the plan relates to a stratum parcel—the stratum parcel; the name of the relevant local government; the name of the party lodging the plan.
