### sch.1-sec.36 Classes of order For section 117 (1)(a)(ii) of the modified Act, the prescribed classes of order are orders made by a referee about— a body corporate or its committee; or a body corporate manager; or a lessee or occupier of the particular lot the subject of the inquiry; or a lessee or occupier of another lot in the parcel to which the inquiry relates within the period of 12 months before the inquiry was made. (amended) - (a) a body corporate or its committee; or - (b) a body corporate manager; or - (c) a lessee or occupier of the particular lot the subject of the inquiry; or - (d) a lessee or occupier of another lot in the parcel to which the inquiry relates within the period of 12 months before the inquiry was made.
