See sections 5 and  6 of the Act . plan means any of the following plans— leasehold building units plan; leasehold plan of amalgamation; leasehold plan of resubdivision. registrar means the registrar of titles. schedule of lot entitlements means the schedule mentioned in section 19 (1) of the modified Act. (new) - (a) leasehold building units plan; - (b) leasehold plan of amalgamation; - (c) leasehold plan of resubdivision.
