### sch.1-sec.17 Manner of registration of certain dealings For registration of a sublease, transfer of lease or surrender of sublease as mentioned in section 22 (11) of the modified Act, the registrar must endorse and sign a memorial of the sublease, transfer of lease or surrender of sublease on a sheet annexed to the first sheet of the registered leasehold building units plan. For registration of an instrument creating or surrendering an easement under section 23 (7) of the modified Act, the registrar must endorse and sign a memorial of the instrument on a sheet annexed to the first sheet of the registered leasehold building units plan.
