### sec.95-oc.2 Copy of order to be served
An order by a referee shall be made in writing and a copy of the order, certified by the referee to be a true copy, shall be served by the referee on—
the body corporate for the parcel to which the order relates; and
the applicant for the order; and
any person to whom notice of the application has been given under section 73 (1) ; and
any person who, by the order, is required to do, or to refrain from doing, a specified act.
The copy of the order duly certified shall be accompanied by a statement setting out the reasons for the referee’s decision.
