### sec.92 Payment instead of rates The corporation shall enter into an agreement with the Brisbane City Council with respect to the payment of moneys instead of the payment of rates in respect of land owned by the corporation. Land in respect of which moneys are payable under an agreement made under subsection (1) shall not be rateable land for the purposes of the City of Brisbane Act 2010 or any other Act, and even though it may be occupied for the time being by a person other than the corporation or an agency of the Crown. Despite subsection (2) , if land referred to in subsection (1) becomes the subject of a lease from a public authority, the land is taken to be rateable land for the purposes of the City of Brisbane Act 2010 .
