### sec.91-oc.2 Order for variation of contributions or manner of payment of contributions Where, on application by a lessee, the lessor or by a mortgagee in possession (whether by the mortgagee or another person) for an order under this section, a referee considers that any amount of contributions levied under section 32 or determined under section 38A is inadequate or excessive, or that the manner of payment of contributions is unreasonable, the referee may— order variation of the amount; or order payment of contributions in a different manner; or make both such orders. (amended) - (a) order variation of the amount; or - (b) order payment of contributions in a different manner; or - (c) make both such orders.
