### sec.87 Certain exclusion directions may be reviewed
A person who is given a reviewable exclusion direction may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT to review the reasonableness of the direction.
However, the application must be made—
within 3 days after the person is given the direction; or
if the direction is for less than 3 days—before the direction ends.
The principal registrar of QCAT must immediately give the corporation a copy of the application.

(sec.87-ssec.1) A person who is given a reviewable exclusion direction may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT to review the reasonableness of the direction.
(sec.87-ssec.2) However, the application must be made— within 3 days after the person is given the direction; or if the direction is for less than 3 days—before the direction ends.
(sec.87-ssec.3) The principal registrar of QCAT must immediately give the corporation a copy of the application.
