### sec.87 Certain exclusion directions may be reviewed A person who is given a reviewable exclusion direction may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT to review the reasonableness of the direction. However, the application must be made— within 3 days after the person is given the direction; or if the direction is for less than 3 days—before the direction ends. The principal registrar of QCAT must immediately give the corporation a copy of the application. s 87 ins 1995 No. 46 s 5 amd 2009 No. 24 s 1633 (sec.87-ssec.1) A person who is given a reviewable exclusion direction may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT to review the reasonableness of the direction.
