### sec.84 Power to hand over certain offenders to the police A security officer who finds a person on the site— committing an exclusion offence; or unlawfully damaging property; or contravening an exclusion direction or order; may take the person immediately to a police officer, using only such force as is reasonable and necessary. s 84 ins 1995 No. 46 s 5 - (a) committing an exclusion offence; or - (b) unlawfully damaging property; or - (c) contravening an exclusion direction or order;
