### sec.77 Application of division This division applies to the following applications (each a relevant application )— a development application under the Planning Act for which the corporation is a referral agency under that Act; a change application under the Planning Act for which the corporation is a referral agency under that Act. However, this division applies only until the end of the development completion date. In this section— change application does not include a change application for a minor change to a development approval, as defined in the Planning Act . s 77 ins 2003 No. 24 s 25 sub 2016 No. 27 s 448 (sec.77-ssec.1) This division applies to the following applications (each a relevant application )— a development application under the Planning Act for which the corporation is a referral agency under that Act; a change application under the Planning Act for which the corporation is a referral agency under that Act. (sec.77-ssec.2) However, this division applies only until the end of the development completion date. (sec.77-ssec.3) In this section— change application does not include a change application for a minor change to a development approval, as defined in the Planning Act . - (a) a development application under the Planning Act for which the corporation is a referral agency under that Act; - (b) a change application under the Planning Act for which the corporation is a referral agency under that Act.
