### sec.53 Amendment of approved development plan can not affect existing development approvals
This section applies if—
a development approval exists for premises; and
after the approval is given, the approved development plan is amended.
To the extent the approval has not lapsed, the amendment of the approved development plan can not stop or further regulate the development, or otherwise affect the approval.

(sec.53-ssec.1) This section applies if— a development approval exists for premises; and after the approval is given, the approved development plan is amended.
(sec.53-ssec.2) To the extent the approval has not lapsed, the amendment of the approved development plan can not stop or further regulate the development, or otherwise affect the approval.
- (a) a development approval exists for premises; and
- (b) after the approval is given, the approved development plan is amended.
