### sec.36 Implementation of approved development plan The corporation shall, in accordance with the approved development plan, plan, encourage, facilitate, carry out and regulate development within the corporation area in order that the development, as proposed in the approved development plan, be completed as soon as is reasonably practicable having regard to the objects and functions of the corporation. The corporation is to submit a development program for the approval of the Minister.
