### sec.32 Draft development plan
The corporation shall, after consultation with the council and having regard to any recommendations made by the council during the consultation, prepare a draft development plan for the corporation area and shall submit it to the Minister.
The Minister may—
approve the draft development plan without amendment; or
approve the draft development plan with such amendments as the Minister considers necessary or appropriate; or
reject the draft development plan.
Prior to the Minister exercising the Minister’s power under subsection (2) (b) or (c) the Minister shall consult with the corporation.
Should the Minister exercise the Minister’s power under subsection (2) (c) , the Minister shall direct the corporation to prepare and submit a further draft development plan in accordance with any directions the Minister may give at that time.
