### sec.29A Meetings, other than first annual general meeting, of body corporate An annual general meeting of a body corporate shall be held in each year on or after the anniversary of the first annual general meeting but not later than 2 months after the anniversary. A meeting of a body corporate which is not an annual general meeting shall be held whenever it is convened by the committee and shall be an extraordinary general meeting. Schedule 2 , part 2 applies to and in respect of a meeting of the body corporate, which is not the first annual general meeting, and voting at that meeting.
