### sec.27 Agreement with public agencies
The corporation may enter into negotiations and arrive at agreements with public agencies in relation to all matters necessary to fulfil the objects and functions of the corporation.
Without limiting subsection (1) , the matters include—
the provision and maintenance by public agencies of services to, through, over and under the corporation area; and
the management of part of the corporation area by the council.

(sec.27-ssec.1) The corporation may enter into negotiations and arrive at agreements with public agencies in relation to all matters necessary to fulfil the objects and functions of the corporation.
(sec.27-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the matters include— the provision and maintenance by public agencies of services to, through, over and under the corporation area; and the management of part of the corporation area by the council.
