sec.23Exemption from fees and charges

### sec.23 Exemption from fees and charges No fee or charge, including a titles registry fee, is payable by the corporation, QPAT or the council in relation to— the transfer of any land in the corporation area; or the transfer of control of any land in the corporation area; or any change in ownership or control of land because of section 19 or 20 ; to or from the corporation, QPAT or the council. In this section— titles registry fee , for a matter mentioned in subsection (1) , means the fee payable for the matter under section 114B or schedule 4 , section 133B . s 23 sub 1991 No. 67 s 10 amd 1998 No. 26 s 8 ; 2001 No. 71 s 551 sch 1 ; 2021 No. 12 s 148 sch 3 (sec.23-ssec.1) No fee or charge, including a titles registry fee, is payable by the corporation, QPAT or the council in relation to— the transfer of any land in the corporation area; or the transfer of control of any land in the corporation area; or any change in ownership or control of land because of section 19 or 20 ; to or from the corporation, QPAT or the council. (sec.23-ssec.2) In this section— titles registry fee , for a matter mentioned in subsection (1) , means the fee payable for the matter under section 114B or schedule 4 , section 133B . - (a) the transfer of any land in the corporation area; or - (b) the transfer of control of any land in the corporation area; or - (c) any change in ownership or control of land because of section 19 or 20 ;
