### sec.20D Dealings with lots include leasehold estate in common property
In any dealing or caveat relating to a lease of a lot, a reference to the lot includes a reference to any estate or interest in the common property which is held by the body corporate as agent for the lessee of the lot without express reference to the common property and without the dealing or caveat being recorded on the leasehold building units plan.

The beneficial interest of a lessee of a lot in the estate or interest in the common property (if any) held by the body corporate as agent for that lessee shall not be capable of being severed from, or dealt with except in conjunction with, the lease of the lot.
