### sec.141 Existing development application if corporation was concurrence agency This section applies to an existing development application if the corporation was a concurrence agency under the repealed Planning Act for the application. Section 78 as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the application. In this section— existing development application means a development application made under the repealed Planning Act , to which the Planning Act , section 288 applies. repealed Planning Act means the repealed Sustainable Planning Act 2009 . s 141 ins 2016 No. 27 s 451 (sec.141-ssec.1) This section applies to an existing development application if the corporation was a concurrence agency under the repealed Planning Act for the application. (sec.141-ssec.2) Section 78 as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the application. (sec.141-ssec.3) In this section— existing development application means a development application made under the repealed Planning Act , to which the Planning Act , section 288 applies. repealed Planning Act means the repealed Sustainable Planning Act 2009 .
