### sec.133B Fees for titles registry functions The fees provided under the Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021 are payable in relation to a titles registry function performed under this Act. See the Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021 , part 3 . For subsection (1) , the fee payable for the lodgement or registration of a dealing executed by a body corporate under section 21 , 22 or 23 is the fee that would be payable under the Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021 if the dealing related to land in a single lot.
