### sec.133-oc.2 Offences Any person (including a body corporate but excluding the lessor) who contravenes any provision of this Act, other than schedule 3 , commits an offence against this Act and, if no penalty is expressly provided for that offence, shall be liable on conviction to a penalty not exceeding $500. (amended) An offence against this Act shall be prosecuted in a summary way under the Justices Act 1886 .
