### sec.13-oc.2 Plans and notices of conversion to be signed Where a leasehold building units plan, leasehold plan of resubdivision or amalgamation or notice of conversion is lodged in the land registry for registration, it shall not be registered unless it is signed by every person having a sufficient estate or interest to transfer the leases of the lots and the lease of the common property comprised in the plan or notice.
